By accessing or using the Centro Comercial La Ribera digital directory portal ("the Portal"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Costa Rican laws and regulations. The Portal provides an informational directory of the commercial tenants, services, interactive floor plan, and operating information for Centro Comercial La Ribera, located in Belén, Heredia, Costa Rica. It is operated for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer of contract, commercial representation, lease agreement, or guarantee of service availability.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Portal — including but not limited to the La Ribera name, logo, brand identity, trade dress, photography, copywriting, floor plan graphics, interactive features, and underlying software — is the exclusive property of Centro Comercial La Ribera S.A. or its licensors.

This content is protected under the Ley de Derechos de Autor y Derechos Conexos of Costa Rica (Law 6683) and applicable international copyright conventions. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Accuracy of Information

Tenant listings, business hours, services, pricing, and available commercial spaces are provided in good faith and updated periodically. However, La Ribera makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, or currency of such information at any given time. Tenants may change their hours, services, or occupancy status without prior notice.

We strongly recommend confirming specific details directly with individual tenants before visiting.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Centro Comercial La Ribera S.A., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Portal.
• Reliance on any tenant information that proves inaccurate or outdated.
• Temporary unavailability or technical errors of the Portal.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial circuit of Heredia, Costa Rica, and you hereby consent to that jurisdiction.
